Specificité
- This antibody is specific for Mouse Interleukin-4 (IL-4). Clone BVD4-1D11 is reported to neutralise the effects of IL-4. We recommend the use of SM101A for functional studies.

Indications d'application

Flow Cytometry: 1/10 - 1/50, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL, Membrane permeabilisation is required. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. ELISA: 1 μg/mL - 5 μg/mL. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL - 5 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
